MOVE IT FOR MENTAL HEALTH

This October, during Mental Health Month, Westfield and Lifeline have joined forces to promote the positive benefits that physical health has on mental health while helping raise vital funds for Lifeline Australia.

Between 20 to 26 October 2025, several Westfield centres across Australia are hosting health, fitness and wellness events as part of the Move It For Mental Health campaign, and Westfield will be matching customer donations to Lifeline $1 for $1*, so your donation goes twice as far! Anyone can participate in the events and, donate to Lifeline online or via Westfield Concierge Desks.
