Trails for Hope - In Memory of Warren 'Wobby'
WE DID IT! ❤️🥾
Over the past three days, we collectively walked over 700kms (nearly 60km each) along the Great Noosa Trail, and we felt Warren with us every step of the way!
When we started Trails for Hope, in Warren’s honour, we hoped to raise $3,500 for Lifeline. We honestly didn’t know how far we would get, so to have now raised an incredible $4,594 is truly humbling and we are all so very grateful.
There were plenty of tired legs, sore feet, blisters, hills that went on forever, and a few moments when we wondered what we had signed ourselves up for! 😂 But there were also so many laughs, stories and moments along the trail when we felt very close to Warren.
To everyone who donated, shared our fundraiser, sent us messages, checked in on us, encouraged us and thought of us over the weekend, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! 💕🥰
Every donation helped us keep putting one foot in front of the other.
We set out to walk for Warren, and we finished knowing that, through his memory, we’ve been able to turn our love and loss into something positive that will help many others.
