How others did it
Jim A Barker
Jim Barker ,a Sydney photographer saw his work dry up overnight due to COVID-19. A tale of resilience and community he put devoted his time to creating and capturing a heartfelt project to connect with the community and save lives.
Doortraits is a colourful time capsule of pictures capturing the hearts of a community in lockdown, made whilst observing social distancing measures. The first COVID-19 exhibit of its kind will go live online at Twelvepoints.Photography/Doortraits to raise funds for Lifeline. Drawing parallels with ‘Humans of New York’ the project is the brainchild of photographer Jim A. Barker.
