Noone should walk alone suicide awareness

I'm getting active to support Lifeline.

Tragically, over 9 Australians die by suicide each day. It's a shocking statistic which is why I'm raising funds to ensure Lifeline's services can continue to operate anyway, anytime for anyone.

Every year we do the 10k walk for kieran. This year we are wearing  pink for Ali.

Dealing with mental health alone is honestly so scary and isolating.

Everyone knows ive dealt with being suicidal for a long time and services like this kept my head above water while there wasnt many places to turn to.

Ive called and texted lifeline many times and in those moments it kept me alive.

Someone reaches out to Lifeline via phone, text and online chat every 24 seconds and with your help, we can ensure someone is there to listen, without judgement 24/7.
