We are all here to listen and support you are never alone. We have got this.

At times we feel all alone in a dark world.
When the unthinkable happens, it is then our loved ones are reminded just how many people we had around us for support.
We need to be reminded each and every day to check in regularly with each other as often this will pick people up and reconnect with others. 
Remember the support services that are available to each and everyone of us, If you feel you can not reach out to a loved one, friend or work mate.

I myself have been affected by mental health and during this time I felt I was never going to be back to myself and I felt like I was such a burden.
I have come so far in my own development.
To then be personally affected with the loss of my eldest brother on the 17.11.23.

This cause is close to my heart I am going to start looking after myself a little more and this starts with raising money for a great cause. And to prove to myself I can do this and I am strong as is each and everyone of you reading this.

During challenging times and non challenging times, remember someone always has your back even if you don't feel like you have your own.
