This March, I will be attempting to walk 10,000 steps every day to raise much needed funds and awareness for Lifeline Australia. I am struggling with my own mental health issues, so this will be a challenge for me, however I’m aiming for at least 7,000 a day, but hopefully 10,000 šŸ’“
