Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast

I believe all suffer at some stage with something in life that has a detrimental affect on one's mental health.

Some suffer in silence because the subject still feels taboo, pride gets in the way or they just simply do not know how to address the matter.

Men’s mental health often declines around the age of 40 - no real suprise! Mid life crisis is a real thing and men often feel isolated, alone, pressured to provide and can lose themselves. Relationships, friendships and work can suffer and its a hard climb to get back some sort of normality.

Step up the beginning of 2025 - maybe midway through my own mid life crisis. I signed up for the sunshine coast iron man 70.3. Not for any reason than to challenge myself and somehow regain or hold onto my youth.

The journey so far - a challenge but fun. I will achieve and it will take every bit of physical fitness and mental toughness to get me to the finish line.

Now if you can please contribute a small portion of your hard earned money 💰  to a very worthy cause. A cause which is under resourced and requires far more attention.
