21.1 KM for Lifeline — Running for Suicide Prevention
On November 1, I’ll be taking on the Parramatta Half Marathon, running 21.1 km to raise money for Lifeline and support suicide prevention in Australia.
I’m doing this because I believe no one should have to face their hardest moments alone. Lifeline provides 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services to people across Australia, giving people somewhere to turn when they need someone to listen.
This half marathon is a personal challenge for me, but I want it to mean more than just a finish time. Every kilometre I run is part of an effort to raise awareness and support the work Lifeline does for people experiencing crisis.
I’ll be sharing my training, individual runs and progress towards 21.1 km along the way, before posting my official Parramatta Half Marathon result after race day.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount can help. If you can’t donate, sharing this page and helping spread the message is just as meaningful.
21.1 km. One goal. Run for a reason.

Good cause. Keep it up man I love you genuinely 🙏🙏
