 Blake's Story 🤍🕊️

Blake was my beautiful boy, just 23 years old, and was loved more deeply than words could ever explain.🤍 As his mum, I will always remember his cheeky smile, his quick wit, and the way he could make people laugh with just a look or one of his classic "yeah right" comments. My boy had the most loyal heart, he was the kind of friend who would drop everything to help someone and was the most devoted big brother to his siblings who absolutely adored him. He was a busy 23 year old young man, with goals and dreams, but no matter where he was or what he was doing, family and friends always came first to him. He loved deeply and took everyone for who they were with no differences. He was an extremely talented heavy diesel mechanic who loved working  with his hands and being around his mates. If he wasn't working, he was lending a hand to someone, giving a mate a call or checking in with his family. That's who he was. My beautiful boy passed away by suicide in December 2025 and from that day a big piece of my heart has been missing. There is never a day that I don't think of him and never a day I don't look to the sky and talk to him. Blake was deeply loved by so many and losing him has left a heartbreak in our family that will never truly heal.🕊️ Through this fundraising page, I hope to honour my beautiful son's life and the incredible young man he was, while helping to raise awareness and support  others who may be struggling so they can find the help and hope they deserve💛 

My boy, A soul full of kindness, A laugh full of life. The love you shared, is a love we carry with us everyday.🕊️🤍🕯️

3307 Push Challenge for my beautiful boy Blake and hope for others🤍

In honour of my beautiful boy Blake, I'll be doing the 3307 pushups for mental health from the 3rd-23rd of June.🤍
3307 isn’t just a number, it’s a reason to keep showing up, not just for my son, but for others who might be struggling 💛

Blake loved the gym. It was his space, where he pushed himself, where he worked towards his goals and felt proud of who he was becoming. I still think about the messages he used to send me… his progress photos, his updates, his meal prep & our calls when he would say " Ma I'll call you back, just heading into the gym." Moments I miss every single day as his mum💔
For this challenge, I’ll be wearing Blake's gym singlets, using his world gym towel, and listening to his gym playlist on his phone. It’s my way of keeping him close, of carrying a part of him with me through every single moment of the challenge & every single push up.
But this isn’t only about remembering my beautiful boy, this is about turning the love I have for him & my heartbreak into something that helps others.💛🕊️
If sharing Blake’s story can help even one person feel seen… if it encourages one conversation, one check-in, one moment where someone chooses to stay, then it matters🫶 Because too many people are fighting battles we can’t always see. 
So this challenge is for awareness. For honesty. For reminding people that they are not alone, even when it feels like they are.
I’ll keep going, for my beautiful son, and for anyone who needs a reason to keep going too.

Messages for Hope💛

From a mother’s heart, I wanted to share something very close to me.
In honour of my beautiful boy Blake, we are hand painting “rocks of hope”,  flannel flower–inspired designs, which are the Australian symbol for mental health awareness.💛 Each one is created with love, messages of strength, and reminders that no one is ever truly alone. Over the coming weeks, these rocks will be placed throughout the Central West community for people to find when they may need it most.
Each one is made slowly, with love, and with the kind of messages I wish I could have placed in my beautiful Blake's hands on the days he needed them most.
As a mum, I don't have the power to change what has happened, and I would give anything to have my beautiful boy back. But I can try to put more kindness, more awareness, and more love into the world in his name.🕊️🤍
My hope is that if someone finds one of these rocks, they feel even the smallest shift… a reminder that they matter, that they are seen, and that they are not alone.
If you do come across one, you’re welcome to keep it, carry it, or pass it on to someone else who might need it more.
Thank you for continuing to hold Blake in your hearts, and for walking beside us through this unimaginable journey. Every act of kindness in his name means more than words can ever say.

Check in with your loved ones🤍

This weekend, as Easter brings so many families together, I feel the space where my Blake should be more than ever. And from one mum’s heart to yours, I’m asking you… please check in with your loved ones and your friends.🤍
Blake is my son. My beautiful boy. My world. And the truth is, there is a kind of silence that follows you after losing a child that never leaves. It sits with you in every moment, especially in times like this when connection is all around you.
So I’m asking you to please slow down this Easter.
Reach out to your friends. Not just the ones you see every day, but the ones you’ve been meaning to message. The ones who seem “fine.” The ones who might be quietly carrying more than they ever show.
A check-in can mean more than we will ever know.
If I had one more chance… I would give anything just to do that again with my beautiful Blake. One more conversation. One more moment of presence. One more chance to truly see him and hear him🤍🕊️
Please don’t underestimate the power of reaching out this Easter. It could mean everything to someone.
If you are struggling, please know you are not alone. You are needed in this world. Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14  & there are people who will listen and who truly care.💛
