Suicide has hit our family hard with the devastating loss of my beloved Daddy at the age of 62, our hearts are aching, the questions are endless and the 'what if's are debilitating. 
In his honour I will be running 5km raising awareness and fundraising for lifeline.

Everyday 8 Australians will die by suicide that's double the road toll, yet we are silent.  Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44, yet we are silent. 75% of suicides are male, yet we are silent. 

Our lives have been turned upside down and the pain is unbearable but I won't be silent! 

Please support lifeline in anyway you can to help those reaching out in crisis to get the help they need.
