On Sunday February 5, entrants in one of Australia’s most historic and famous ocean swim events the Cole Classic will take to Manly’s ocean waters in 1km, 2km and 5km swim, starting at Shelly Beach and finishing in front of Manly Life Saving Club on iconic Manly Beach.

Paddle Across the Bay 2023

Paddle Across the Bay is Australia’s largest fundraising stand-up paddle event. The 1.5-2 hour, 10km journey runs from Brighton Beach to Port Melbourne.
Participants are given the opportunity to express themselves, push their limits and link their passion to an important cause.

True Grit is the only Australian owned and operated military inspired obstacle course race created by Australian special forces. It is the perfect mix of physical and mental challenge delivered through fun, fitness and friends to give racers of all ages and fitness levels a sense of achievement and accomplishment.

Since 2013, True Grit has been giving purpose to athletes of all ages and ability - testing your mental resolve and stamina. True Grit is all about tackling obstacles, not running a marathon or racing the clock. True Grit courses are designed based on over 35 years combined experience in the Australian special forces over either a 10km (30+ obstacles) and 5km (15 obstacles) course. To date, True Grit has run over 60+ events in a variety of formats all around Australia.

The Push Up Challenge

Together, Lifeline and The Push Up Challenge aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians. Participants will take on 3,144 push-ups across 23 days in June, putting the spotlight on the tragic number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2021.

All funds raised will go towards mental health and crisis support services, helping to break stigmas and provide hope to those struggling with their mental health, so no one is going through their darkest moments alone.

Be Like the Tenacious Turtles

The Tenacious turtles are an incredible group of swimmers who travelled form South Coast NSW all the way to the UK to swim the English Channel. Lifeline Australia was chosen as a team members father used to volunteer for our service. The dedication in the training, preparation and raising significant funds for Lifeline Australia was inspirational!

The hard work paid off, the Tenacious Turtles raised $11, 209.97
