"1 in 5 calls to Lifeline go unanswered"

I recently lost a friend to depression, and so am challenging my self to complete an Ironman Triathlon in her memory and am raising money for Lifeline along the way.
The thought that 1 in 5 calls to Lifeline go unanswered, and the fact that those calls could be someones last hope is the thought that goes through my head each day I get up at 4am to train.
Any money raised can go to helping more Lifeline counsellors be trained, and each phone that is answered is one life potentially saved.
Please follow my instagram page "Couch2Ironman21" to follow my Journey.
