COVID-19 has plunged, stabbed and battered our hearts and minds to pieces. We all need a shoulder to lean on, especially in times like these... that’s why I wanted to set up a fundraiser to raise money, but most importantly, to raise awareness of the mental health struggles everyone is going through right now in Australia due to this pandemic.
Everyone needs someone that understands and will listen to their personal situation although not all of us are lucky enough to have that or to feel comfortable discussing these situations with loved ones... that’s where Lifeline comes in. Lifeline is that parent, best friend, special companion or guardian for those who don’t have one. They are frontline workers, they are saving the lives of many Australians everyday. We must raise awareness and money to support the angels, like the ones at Lifeline, so they can help save lives.
