Even for the best of us 2020 has been a bit of a stinker. However, it never hurts to remember that there are always people doing it tougher.

The living conditions over the past 6 months have likely (and rightly) made many of us feel anxious and down. Lifeline is a terrific organisation, doing fantastic work to assist anyone who might be suffering from a mental health problem, or even anyone who just needs a chat.

Incase you're needing another incentive, I will be also shaving my head upon reaching our goal.
