Thank you for bringing awareness to such an important cause. My daughter suffers from depression and anxiety. When she was 14 she tried to overdose on Benadryl. She is 17 now and with years of therapy and medications she is in a much better place now. She is learning what self love is. And to communicate to me when she is at a low point. I lost my father just before my 6th birthday, 2 other relatives, one was only 19 when he passed and I suffer from anxiety and depression myself.
