I'm fundraising to support Australians with their mental health and suicide prevention

Leading up to my 35th birthday, I’ve been reflecting on the past year which has been one of the most personally difficult times in my life. But I feel very grateful, humbled, and blessed to have a loving family, friends, and a support network to help me get through the challenges of the past 12 months.

However, I’ve realised that a lot of people aren’t as fortunate and don’t have the support of a family, a friend, or even just someone to speak to when times are tough or when they’re struggling with their mental health. To that end, for my birthday this year I’m raising funds for Lifeline, a charity that exists so that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone. It’s a fantastic organisation that’s helped save so many lives and has also helped me and my family through some of the darkest times in my life. 

I would be forever grateful if you could help me support this organisation and their mission by donating whatever you can. I’ve dropped in my donation (pun intended) to kick start this fundraiser and would appreciate any support.
