Covid Lockdowns have affected everyone in different ways and had big impacts on mental and physical health. I have had people close to me struggle with mental health issues and unfortunately not made it through to today.
I want to do my bit to support the amazing work lifeline do assisting people who are going through a rough time and help them see their tomorrow.
My way of doing this is bringing. my positive energy, love for great music and dancing to your home for a night.
Lets get our bodies moving for mental health!
I will be holding a 1 hour Clubbercise class and i want you to be there!
This is a dance based cardio and strengthening workout where you can bust a move and sing-a-long to your favourite tunes while working up a sweat.
