Polar Plunge 2023

Im doing this for the travel industry!

2020 saw the complete decimation of our beloved travel industry. Our sales reps turned to counsellors as they listened to the terrible tales of business going bust, dreams being lost and the constant abuse the frontline staff received as holidays were destroyed through reasons they could not control.

Our own staff managed a massive portfolio of holiday carnage.

Suddenly working in one of the biggest, most sustainable and happiest industries was gone.

Mental health suffered severely throughout the entire industry and it is the story we hear very little about.

We know many people who used lifeline to help them through the darkest of days, not only in our industry but across Australia.

Now we are back! We are so thankful and we want to put our thanks to good use by raising more funds for this fantastic cause who helped Australia so much through the entire nastiness of the pandemic.

I've polar plunged before, its pretty damn cold, last time I did it, I was done with it! My rite of passage was complete. But if I can get 1k donations, I'll do it again when I return to Antarctica in January '23!

After all life is for making the most of it and I want to help others feel the true beauty of living.

As an added incentive, our voyage’s special guest Andrew Denton, has agreed to take the plunge also—if everyone on board collectively raises $10,000 or more. The guest who raises the highest amount of money will also be invited as an esteemed guest at the Captain’s Table for a dinner onboard.

Thank you for your donation!
