Step by Step for Mental Health – 10,000 Steps Challenge

For 2 weeks, I’ll be committing to 10,000 steps every single day (that’s about 7km!) to raise $1000 for Lifeline. This challenge is deeply personal. I’ve struggled with my own mental health since I was a kid, and earlier this year I lost my step-mum to suicide.


This is for her, for myself, and for every single person who has felt the weight of mental health struggles.


Movement can be medicine, and this challenge is about showing that step by step, we can move towards healing and hope.
