Chip in to support Australians' mental health!

By Rohan Moore

Hi friends! I turn 29 this week, just before World Mental Health Day.

We now know we have been living in a mental health crisis, and 2020 has been an especially rough year for many people. Other factors aside, social isolation was already a strong predictor of poor mental health - and mandatory isolation conditions have deepened this fracture for people with weak social support networks, who might not know who they can safely speak openly with.

I honestly don't know where I'd now be without access to mental health services like this, and I'm sure many of you feel the same. I am eternally grateful to know people I can count on for an accepting ear in times of vulnerability, but not everybody enjoys this luxury!

I'll be chuffed if you make a neat little donation to Lifeline, whose courageous frontline crisis workers save many lives per year and offer crucial support and resources to all kinds of people.
