Walk to Talk
A talk can save a life.
Walk to Talk was established by my friend Alice Bleathman in 2021 off the back of COVID lockdowns. Walking was one of the only ways people could get outside and safely connect with people they love.
In August 2021, Lifeline received the most calls in the history of their organisation. Alice decided to walk 100,000 steps in a day (80km) to raise money for Lifeline and emphasise the importance of talking about mental health.
This year, I am joining Alice! On Sunday the 21st of May, I will be walking 100,000 steps (approx 80km) for the same cause. Please consider donating if you have the means.
