63 Squats a Day FB Challenge

I'm fundraising for those who support in people in crisis so that there will be a friendly voice to talk to for everyone who needs help.

This fundraiser is in memory of my mum, Vera, whom we lost to suicide in the early 80s, and in support and in honour of everyone who works at Lifeline and elsewhere so that people in crisis can pick up the phone and get help. We've come a long way but we can never do enough.

Before I complete my last 100 squats as part of Lifeline's December 2023 fundraiser, I wanted to express my gratitude to all those who were able to contribute with a donation. 
But hey! everybody who made someone else smile or made their day just that little bit happier deserves a big thank-you. And of course, the folk at Lifeline who volunteer their time and those who support them. 
I hope this contribution will help towards your great work of caring for people in crisis.

The goalpost just shifted!

My initial target for this fundraiser was $351, which is what is needed by Lifeline to answer 9 calls. 9 lives are lost to suicide every day in Australia.
Thanks to some very generous donations, my target was met quickly. So what shall we aim for next?
I am hoping that together, we can raise enough money to answer 15 calls this December - a tricky month for people in crisis. 15 calls = $585. Can we do it?
