Mental health challenges have touched my family and friends deeply and I’ve seen how devastating they can be. Every day in Australia 9 people die by suicide. That’s why Lifeline’s work matters so much - answering a call for help every 28 seconds and reaching over 1.4 million people annually. Lifeline operates 24/7 to ensure no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
While government funding helps, demand for crisis support in Australia is growing faster than ever. Your help can have a life-changing impact, whether it’s opening new centres, training more volunteers, or strengthening digital services so that no cry for help goes unheard.
