On the 21st of December i will be setting out to run 100km from Gosford stadium to Mereweather Beach to help raise awareness around mental health and suicide. It is a cause that is very close to my heart. Through doing the 100km run i hope to raise money for lifeline and encourage people to speak about mental health more openly. I anticipate the run to be very challenging and to take between 12 and 14 hours.
