I'll be participating in this year's Central Coast RunFest. I'll be taking part in my first official half marathon after running the distance myself for the first time. 21.1kms, it was by far the hardest physical thing I've ever done both mind and body but it's nothing compared to what people go though when they are battling their mental health issues. Thinking, should I call? What will people think? Make that call!!!!It's not weak to speak!!!!
